Meet The Founder

With over 10 years of experience in the field of ABA, Tricia has had the opportunity to help grow an ABA company from a small in home provider to a company that provided over 10,000 hours of ABA annually in 7 clinics, overseeing clinical quality and mentoring many new BCBAs. She then moved into a national role, developing high quality clinical compliance and documentation protocols for a company that served 1500 families in seven states with over 50 clinics.

Before finding the field of behavior analysis, Tricia worked in the field of early childhood and special education in teaching and leadership roles in Head Start, public preschool, and private preschool. She is also a mom to two grown children with one more still in college.

After gaining experience in large, multi-site, multi-state companies, Tricia is inspired to reimagine the delivery of applied behavior analysis services in our community. She is determined to provide family focused, compassionate, developmentally informed ABA to her clients, in a small BCBA owned and operated practice.
